Authorization Clause
This is a single-seat license that authorizes a person or a company to download, and to use the content to make products to sell using the design. “Content” means design available on the Designs Nook website.
Image Content License
Designs Nook hereby grants the licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, commercial use. Licensee may add elements to design to suit their project demand. This does not grant the licensee to sell the digital design files as is or even modified.
Licensee may create and print products for sale (invitations, apparel, mugs, key chains, etc.)
They may also use the design for business promotional materials; print the images for unlimited personal use; or for web display for personal and small business use.
The purchase of this item confirms the right of commercial use. I will email you the license in PDF format with your business name and unique license key. If you have any clarifications, please send me an email - DesignsNook@gmail.com
Restrictions
You cannot:
- Resell or redistribute original or modified design
- Sell design as clipart
- Convert to other digital formats to sell as a digital product
